Terms of Sale and Use
These terms apply when you purchase or use The 60-Minute Family Handoff through this site and its checkout provider.

Purchase and delivery
The product is a $29 USD digital download. No physical item is shipped and there is no subscription. After successful checkout, Payhip provides access to a ZIP download and normally sends the download link to the purchase email address.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and using a device and modern PDF application that can open the files. A computer or tablet is recommended for completing the workbook.
Adults only
The product is offered for purchase and completion by adults 18 or older. It is not directed to children.
Personal-use license
Your purchase gives one household a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to download, complete, store, and print the files for personal household organization. Co-parents may use one purchase across two homes when the files cover the same family unit.
You may share a completed limited brief or other needed completed pages with trusted people helping that household.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post the blank files;
- share the blank product with unrelated households;
- remove notices or represent the product as your own;
- use it for paid client work or to create a competing product.
Your responsibilities
You decide what to enter. You are responsible for checking that information is current and accurate, storing completed files securely, sharing only what is needed, and following current official records and qualified professional instructions.
Do not enter or send the seller raw passwords, PINs, recovery codes, access codes, full Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, full bank-account numbers, identity documents, or other credentials.
Important boundaries
The workbook is a general household organization tool. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax, insurance, cybersecurity, emergency, or professional advice. It is not an official care plan, legal document, authorization, password vault, or substitute for a qualified professional or relevant institution.
It does not create consent, custody rights, access rights, power of attorney, or authority over property, accounts, or decisions. Follow official documents, labels, provider instructions, institutional rules, and emergency services.
For an immediate or life-threatening emergency in the United States, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
Availability and results
We aim to provide the files described and to address verified download or file defects. No workbook can anticipate every household, situation, or outcome. Results depend on the information the buyer chooses to enter, how current it is, and how the completed file is stored and shared.
Refunds and support
The voluntary 14-day refund policy applies to blank, uncompleted files. Support covers checkout access, file defects, and refund requests. It does not interpret household, medical, legal, financial, custody, access, cybersecurity, or emergency situations.
Contact support@thefamilyhandoff.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not attach a completed workbook or include private household information.
Checkout and other providers
Checkout, payment, and digital delivery are provided by Payhip and its connected services. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.
Mandatory rights and updates
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited. We may update these terms for future purchases. The effective date shows the current version.
