Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information may be handled when you visit this site, buy the digital workbook, or contact support.

Your completed workbook stays with you
The Family Handoff provides blank files for you to download and complete locally. We do not ask you to upload, return, or email completed pages. We do not request or store the household information you enter in the workbook.
If you choose to store a completed file with a cloud, email, or file-sharing service, that provider’s privacy and security practices apply.
Information that may be handled
- Site activity: Hosting systems may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security and reliable delivery.
- Optional analytics: If you select "Allow analytics," the Meta pixel may process general events such as a page view, product view, or checkout click. We do not send completed-workbook content or household details through these events.
- Purchases: Payhip and its connected payment providers process checkout, payment, order, fraud-prevention, and download-delivery information under their own policies. The seller may receive order details such as your name, email address, product, payment status, and order number, but not your full payment-card details.
- Support: If you email support, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include in the message.
Please do not send completed pages, passwords, PINs, access codes, full account numbers, or private household information to support.
Why information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the site, process and deliver orders, provide file and checkout support, handle refund requests, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and understand general product-page performance when analytics consent has been given.
Cookies and analytics choices
This site stores your analytics choice in your browser. The optional Meta pixel is not loaded unless you select "Allow analytics." If you decline, the site and checkout links still work.
You can reopen the choice panel with the "Cookie choices" link in the footer. Changing the setting stops future optional analytics from this site in that browser, but it cannot erase events already sent after an earlier acceptance.
Service providers
The site may rely on hosting services, Payhip for checkout and digital delivery, connected payment providers, email services, and Meta for consented advertising measurement. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and security
Order, transaction, tax, and support records may be kept as reasonably needed for service, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights related to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about certain disclosures. You may contact us to make a request. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.
Adults, links, and updates
The product is offered for purchase and completion by adults 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
This site links to services we do not control. Their own terms apply. We may update this policy as the site or service providers change. The effective date shows the current version.
